"Current year" means the last calendar year or fiscal <br />year. Upon showing of a good cause, the Commission may permit the <br />use of a different twelve (12) month period for the current year. <br />G. "Housing services" means those services provided to <br />tenants by mobile home park owners associated with the use or <br />occupancy of a mobile home park space, including but not limited to <br />repairs, insurance, maintenance, replacement, painting, light, <br />heat, water, laundry facilities and privileges, refuse removal, <br />parking, recreation facilities, security services, and any other <br />benefits, privileges or facilities included in any rental agreement <br />or lease. <br />H. "Mobile home" means a structure designed for human <br />habitation and for being moved on a street or highway under permit <br />pursuant to Section 35790 of the Vehicle Code. Mobile home does <br />not include a"recreational vehicle" as defined in Section 799.24 <br />of the Civil Code or a"commercial coach" as defined in Section <br />18218 of the Health and Safety Code. <br />I. "Mobile home owner" or "resident" means any person <br />entitled to occupy a mobile home dwelling unit pursuant to <br />ownership thereof or a rental or lease agreement with the owner <br />thereof. <br />J. "Mobile home park" or "park" means a parcel or parcels of <br />land upon which two or more mobile home sites are rented, or held <br />out for rent, or held out for use to accommodate mobile homes used <br />for human habitation. <br />GPS53590 � - 2 - <br />
