follows: <br />NO. 0-02-92 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA <br />AMENDING CHAPTER 13.08 OF THE COLTON MUNICIPAL <br />CODE, REGULATING THE DISCHARGE OF WASTES INTO <br />THE SEWERAGE SYSTEM OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON does ordain as <br />SECTION ONE• <br />Sections 13.08.105, 13.08.265, 13.08.270, 13.08.275, <br />13.08.345, 13.08.400, 13.08.403, 13.08.404, 13.08.405, 13.08.407, <br />and 13.08.417 of the Colton Municipal Code are hereby amended and <br />Sections 13.08.207 and 13.08.401 are hereby added to read as <br />follows: <br />13.08.105 Definitions. Unless the context specifically indicates <br />otherwise, the following terms and phrases used in this Chapter <br />shall have the meanings hereinafter designated: <br />(1) Act of "the Act". The Federal Water Pollution Control Act, <br />also known as the Clean Water Act, as amended, 33 U.S.C. 1251, <br />et. seq. This Act has been incorporated by reference into <br />California law in Water Code, Chapter 5.5. <br />(2) Approval Authority. The State Water Resources Control Board <br />and/or the Regional Water Quality Control Board for the Colton <br />area. <br />(3) Approved Analytical Methods. The sampling referred to in 40 <br />CFR Part 403.7(b) (2) (i -iv) and analysis of these samples shall <br />be performed in accordance with the techniques prescribed in <br />RJN13576 1 <br />
