Holations of this Chapter shall be subject to <br />prosecution by the City Attorney. " <br />SECTION 2. Section 9.24.020 of the Colton Municipal Code is hereby repealed in its <br />entirety. <br />SECTION 3. Section 9.24.040 of the Colton Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as <br />follows: <br />"9.24.040 Penalty for violations. Any person found guilty of violating any provision of <br />this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment in the County Jail <br />not exceeding six months, or by a fine not exceeding one -thousand dollars, or both. " <br />SECTION 4. One complete copy of this ordinance shall be certified to be a true, correct, <br />and complete copy by the City Clerk of Colton and shall be kept on file in the office of the <br />City Clerk <br />-3- <br />
