Publish a summary of this ordinance in a <br />newspaper of general circulation, printed and published in the <br />County of San Bernardino and circulated in the City of Colton, <br />and post a certified copy of the full text of this ordinance in <br />the office of the City Clerk, at least five (5) days prior to the <br />City Council meeting at which the ordinance is to be adopted; and <br />B.
