No person shall exhibit matter <br />which is defined as harmful matter and is therefore harmful to minors in any <br />public place, other than a public place from which minors are excluded, unless <br />"blinder racks" are placed in front of the matter. <br />9.14.030 PenaLU for Violations. Any person, or persons, violating any of <br />the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon <br />conviction thereof shall be subject to punishment by a fine of not more than one <br />thousand dollars or by imprisonmentfor not more than one year, or by both such <br />fine and imprisonment. <br />Section 2 One complete copy of this ordinance shall be certified to be a true, correct, and <br />complete copy by the City Clerk of Colton and shall be kept on file in the office of the City <br />Clerk. <br />DIA4951 -3- <br />
