Title 18 of the Colton Municipal Code is amended in <br />its entirety to read as set forth in Exhibit A to this Ordinance, <br />which provisions are incorporated herein as though set forth in <br />full. <br />SECTION 2. If any provisions of this Ordinance or application <br />thereof to any person or circumstances is held invalid, this <br />invalidity shall not affect other applications of this Ordinance <br />which can be given effect without the invalid provision or <br />applications, and to this end, the provisions of this Ordinance <br />are declared to be severable. This Ordinance shall be liberally <br />construed to achieve the purposes of this Ordinance and to <br />preserve its validity. <br />SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this <br />Ordinance and cause same or a summary thereof to be published <br />within fifteen (15) days after adoption in a newspaper of general <br />circulation, printed and published in Colton, California. <br />PASSED, ADOPTED and APPROVED this 2lst �ay of J�;y `, 199 . <br />FRANK A.
