1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 0-26 -92 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF COLTON GRANTING THE PRE -ZONE PROPOSAL, <br />KNOWN AS FILE INDEX NUMBER DPZ-49-92, FOR THE <br />PARCELS IN THE UNINCORPORATED AREA OF RECHE <br />CANYON, WITHIN THE COUNTY OF SAN BERNARDINO. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton did consider <br />the pre -zone proposal requested by the Community Development <br />Department for the parcels in the unincorporated area of Reche <br />Canyon, within the County of San Bernardino; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council did give notice of the Public <br />Hearing as required by law; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council did hold said Public Hearing and <br />considered said request on October 20, 1992; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council, having studied and researched <br />such application, makes the following findings: <br />1. The proposal is consistent with the Reche Canyon <br />Specific Plan. <br />2. The proposal will be consistent with the General Plan. <br />3. The proposal is compatible with its environmental <br />surroundings. <br />4. The proposal merits a negative declaration. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the City Council does <br />hereby approve the prezoning of all unincorporated parcels in the <br />Reche Canyon area of the County of San Bernardino, as identified <br />by the attached map, to zones consistent with the Reche Canyon <br />Specific Plan. <br />PASSED,, ADOPTED and APPROVED this 29th day of <br />October, 1992 <br />ATTEST: <br />�V�r yZJCI I e r�2Ca' <br />HELEN A.
