Section 2.30.060 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />"2.30.060 Qualifications for Appointment to Commission or <br />Committee: Except as otherwise specified in the Municipal Code, any <br />resident of the City of Colton may be appointed to serve on any <br />Commission or Committee, but no individual may serve concurrently <br />on more than one City Commission or Committee." <br />SECTION 2. One complete copy of this ordinance shall be certified to be a true, correct, <br />and complete copy by the City Clerk of Colton and shall be kept on file in the office of the <br />City Clerk. <br />SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall cause this Ordinance or a summary thereof to be <br />published within fifteen (15) days after adoption in a newspaper of general circulation, <br />printed and published in Colton, California. and the Ordinance shall take effect according <br />to law thirty (30) days from the date of final passage and approval. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 4 th day of MAY , 1993. <br />ATTEST: <br />Helen A.
