Section 18.06.060 of the Colton Municipal Code is <br />hereby amended to include the use "Beer and Wine Sales" and to <br />require a Conditional Use Permit in the R-3, BP, C-1, C-2, IP, <br />M-1 and M-2 zones. <br />Section 2. Section 18.04.218 of the Colton Municipal Code is <br />hereby deleted. <br />Section 3. Section 18.04 "Definitions" of the Colton Municipal <br />Code is hereby amended by the addition, in appropriate <br />alphabetical order, of the following definition: <br />1118.04.079 Beer and Wine Sales <br />`Beer and Wine Salesf means any premise engaged in the sale <br />of beer and wine for on -premise or off -premise consumption, <br />pursuant to state licensing, excluding liquor or bottled <br />spirits excluding therefrom temporary beer and wine sales and <br />charitable or non-profit organizations." <br />Section 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this <br />Ordinance and cause the same or a summary thereof to be published <br />within fifteen (15) days after adoption a newspaper of general <br />circulation, printed and published in Colton, California, and the <br />Ordinance shall take effect according to law. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 6th day of July 1993. <br />ATTEST: <br />HELEN A.
