This Ordinance imposes a Sales and Use Tax to be administered by the State Board of Equalization and providing penalties for violations, providing for a credit against the payment of taxes under said chapter in the amount of sales or use taxes due to the Redevelopment Agency for the City, of Colton pursuant to Section 7202.6 of thO, Revenue and Taxation Code of California. You may wish to examine the full text of this ordinance which is on file in the City Clerk's Office.
