Section 18.06.060 of the Colton Municipal Code is <br />hereby amended to include the use "Drive-thru Food <br />Establishments" and to require a conditional use permit in the <br />Business Park (BP), General Commercial (C-2), Industrial Park <br />(IP), Light Industrial (M-1) and Heavy Industrial (M-2) zones. <br />Section 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this <br />Ordinance and cause the same or a summary thereof to be published <br />within fifteen (15) days after adoption in a newspaper of general <br />circulation, printed and published in Colton, California, and the <br />Ordinance shall take effect according to law. <br />PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 18 th day of January, <br />1994. <br />ATTEST: <br />HELEN A.
