1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />existing construction that has been damaged due to slippage or subsidence or other movement <br />of earth in those areas of the Reche Canyon, La Loma Hills and immediately adjacent hillside <br />areas identified and to be identified by the Community Development Director and the City Public <br />Works Director as high risk areas due to compaction problems and on the processing of all <br />permits for construction within those areas of the City to take effect immediately upon the <br />adoption of this ordinance and to continue for a period of ten months and 15 days or until the <br />Community Development Director and the Public Works Director have completed their review, <br />evaluation and any necessary modifications to the City building standards and procedures for <br />such slope areas. <br />SECTION 4: The Mayor shall sign and the City Clerk shall certify to the passage and <br />adoption of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published and posted pursuant to the <br />provisions of law in that regard and this Ordinance shall take effect immediately and shall be <br />in effect for a period of ten months and 15 days unless repealed or further extended by action <br />of the City Council. <br />APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of April, 1994. <br />ATTEST: <br />"Helen A. 1 <br />City Clerk <br />-3- <br />r <br />Frank'.
