1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 0-18-94 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />AMENDING SECTION 18.06.060, 18.04.218, 18.04.79 AND 18.04 <br />OF THE COLTON MUNICIPAL CODE BY REPEALING THE PROVISIONS <br />OF ORDINANCE NO. 0-13-93 REGARDING THE SALE OF BEER AND <br />WINE IN CERTAIN ZONES <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1: Ordinance No. 0-13-93 is hereby repealed in its <br />entirety. <br />SECTION 2: Section 18.04.218 which was deleted by Ordinance <br />No. 0-13-93 is hereby reinstated to read as follows: <br />1118.04.218 Food and Beverage Sales <br />'Food and beverage sales' means places of business <br />primarily engaged in the retail sale of food and bever- <br />ages for home consumption including food preparation. <br />Typical uses include grocery stores, delicatessens, <br />including stores providing beer, wine and liquor <br />sales." <br />SECTION 3: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of <br />this Ordinance and cause same or a summary thereof to be <br />published within fifteen (15) days after adoption in a <br />newspaper of general circulation, printed and published in <br />Colton, California and the Ordinance shall take effect <br />thirty (30) days after its enactment in a accord with Cali- <br />fornia law. <br />
