The Redevelopment Plan As Amended is <br />hereby further amended as follows: <br />1. This Redevelopment Plan shall be effective until <br />January 1, 2009. <br />2. The Agency shall not establish loans, advances, or <br />indebtedness beyond January 1, 2004. <br />3. The Agency shall not pay indebtedness or receive property <br />tax increment revenues pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section <br />33670 after ten (10) years from the termination of the effective <br />date of the Redevelopment Plan As Amended. <br />Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to send <br />a Certified copy of this Ordinance to the Agency. <br />Section 3. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall be <br />frill force and effect thirty (30) days after its passage. <br />lection 4. Publication. The City Clerk is hereby <br />ordered and directed to certify to the passage of this Ordinance <br />and cause the same to be published once in a newspaper of general <br />circulation published and circulated in the City of Colton, <br />California. <br />Section 5.
