1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />WHEREAS, on December 20, 1994, the City Council adopted its <br />Ordinance No. 024-94 wherein it sought to amend the provisions of <br />the Redevelopment Plan to bring it into conformity with Health and <br />Safety Code Section 33333.6; and <br />WHEREAS, the effective date of Ordinance No. 024-94 would be <br />January 20, 1995; and <br />WHEREAS, prior to the effective date of Ordinance No. 024-94, <br />Agency Staff has determined that there is an error in Section 1 of <br />said Ordinance and deems it desirable to amend the terms of Section <br />1 of Ordinance No. 024-94 in order to bring it into conformity with <br />the intent of the Agency and the City Council and to ensure that <br />the termination date of the Redevelopment Plan be established as <br />July 31, 2015. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Subparagraph 1 of Section 1 of Ordinance No. <br />024-94 is hereby amended in its entirety to read as follows: <br />1. This Redevelopment Plan shall be effective until July 31, <br />2015. <br />Section 2. All other terms and provisions of Ordinance No. <br />024-94 shall remain in full force and effect and shall be effective <br />in accordance with its statutory effective date. <br />Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to send a <br />certified copy of this Ordinance to the Agency. <br />Section 4. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall be in <br />full force and effect thirty (30) days after its passage. <br />Section 5. Publication. The City Clerk is hereby ordered <br />and directed to certify to the passage of this Ordinance and cause <br />
