This Ordinance shall be liberally construed to achieve the <br />purposes of this Ordinance and to preserve its validity. <br />SECTION 6: One complete copy of this ordinance shall be certified to be a true, <br />correct, and complete copy by the City Clerk of Colton and shall be kept on file in <br />the office of the City Clerk. <br />SECTION 7. The City Clerk shall cause this Ordinance or a summary thereof to be <br />published within fifteen (15) days after adoption in a newspaper of general <br />circulation, printed and published in Colton, California, and the Ordinance shall take <br />effect according to law thirty (30) days form the date of final passage and <br />approval. <br />PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of October, 1995. <br />ATTEST: <br />Helen A.
