That property located at mid -block located mid -block between Agua Mansa Road <br />and 5th Street, known as APN 163-261-34 which is more particularly described in Exhibit A <br />which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference is hereby rezoned from R-1 <br />(Single Family Residential) to IP (Industrial Park). <br />SECTION 2: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and cause same <br />or a summary thereof to be published within fifteen (15) days after adoption in a newspaper of <br />general circulation, printed and published in Colton, California and the Ordinance shall take <br />effect thirty (30) days after its enactment in according with the provisions of California law. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 6th day of June, 1995. <br />ATTEST: <br />Helen A.
