The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordinance's <br />and cause a copy thereof to be published as required by law in <br />a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Colton, and <br />this ordinance shall take force and be in effect after its <br />passage in the manner provided by law. <br />7. If any part of this Ordinance or the Specific Plan which it <br />approves is held to be invalid for any reason, such decision <br />shall not affect the validity of the remaining portion of this <br />Ordinance or of the Specific Plan, and this City Council <br />hereby declares that it would have passed the remainder of the <br />Specific Plan if such invalid portion thereof had been <br />deleted. <br />RESOLVED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 2nd day of July , 1996.1 <br />Georg V.
