1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 0-26-96 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO PERMIT A ZONE CHANGE <br />FROM BP (BUSINESS PARK) TO M-1 (LIGHT INDUSTRIAL), AND <br />DELETION OF THE SDA (SENSITIVE DEVELOPMENT AREA) <br />OVERLAY ZONE). <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1: That property known as APN 162-106-05, which is more <br />particularly described in Exhibit A, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br />reference, is hereby re -zoned from BP (Business Park) to M-1 (Light Industrial), and <br />the properties known as APNs 162-106-11 and 12, which are more particularly <br />described in Exhibit B, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, <br />are hereby re -zoned by deleting the SDA (Sensitive Development Area) Overlay Zone. <br />SECTION 2: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and cause <br />same or a summary thereof to be published within fifteen (15) days after adoption in a <br />newspaper of general circulation, printed and published in Colton, California, and the <br />Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after its enactment in accordance with the <br />provisions of California law. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 1ST day of October, 1996. <br />ATTEST: <br />TERESA S.
