1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 0-03-97 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON REPEALING AND AMENDING CERTAIN SECTIONS <br />OF THE COLTON MUNICIPAL CODE PERTAINING TO <br />BUSINESS LICENSES. <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1: Subdivision F of Section 5.02.040 is hereby repealed <br />in its entirety. <br />SECTION 2: Subdivision G of Section 5.02.040 is hereby redesigned as <br />subdivision F. <br />SECTION 3: Severability. <br />If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or word of this <br />Ordinance is for any reason held to be invalid by a court of <br />competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect the validity of <br />the remaining portions of this Ordinance. The City Council hereby <br />declares that it would have passed and adopted this Ordinance, <br />and each and all provisions hereof, irrespective of the fact that one <br />or more provisions may be declared invalid. <br />SECTION 4: Effective Date and Posting. <br />This Ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days from and after the <br />date of the final passage and adoption hereof.
