1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15' <br />161 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 0-7-98 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COLTON AMENDING <br />SECTION 10.04.105 OF THE COLTON MUNICIPAL CODE TO <br />RESTRICT PARKING OF COMMERCIAL VEHICLES IN <br />RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1: The second paragraph of Section 10.04.105 of the Colton Municipal <br />Code is hereby deleted and shall be replaced with the following: <br />"Section 10.9: Parking in residence districts: <br />Parking a trailer, or a truck tractor with a trailer or semitrailer attached or a <br />truck with load capacity of over one ton on a public street or the parking or <br />standing, on any street, or portion thereof, hof commercial vehicles having a <br />manufacturer's gross vehicle weight rating of 10,000 pounds or more, including <br />buses and 'recreational vehicles used for commercial purposel as defined in <br />Section 260 of the California Vehicle Code, in a residence district is <br />prohibited." <br />SECTION 2: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and cause <br />the same or a summary thereof to be published within fifteen (15) days after adoption in a newspaper <br />of general circulation, printed and published in Colton, California, and the Ordinance shall take effect <br />thirty (30) days after its enactment in accordance with the provisions of California law. <br />PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED, this 5th day of May , 1998. <br />AT T: ' <br />'Carolina P.
