That an amendment to the contract between the CITY COUNCIL of the CITY <br />OF COLTON and the Board of Administration, California Public Employees' Retirement <br />System is hereby authorized, a copy of said amendment being attached hereto, marked <br />and by such reference made a part hereof as though herein set out in full. Further, <br />ordinance rescinds and replaces Ordinance No. 0-8-98. <br />SECTION 2. THE MAYOR and the CITY OF COLTON is hereby authorized, empowered, <br />directed to execute said amendment for and on behalf of said CITY COUNCIL. <br />SECTION 3. The Ordinance shall take effect THRTY days after the date of its adoption, <br />prior to the expiration of FIFTEEN (15) days from the passage thereof, shall be published <br />least ONCE in the SAN BERNARDINO SUN, a newspaper of general circulation, <br />and circulated in the COUNTY OF SAN BERNARDINO and thenceforth and thereafter <br />same shall be in full force and effect. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 7-th day of 7June 8. <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />�t AROLINA P. <br />City Clerk <br />674,aLl <br />
