Exhibit "A" to Chapter 13.16 of the Colton Municipal <br />Code is hereby amended to read in its entirety as follows: <br />"COLTON MUNICIPAL CODE CHAPTER 13.16 - EXHIBIT'A' <br />Wastewater Service Charges <br />Effective July 1, 1998, wastewater charges imposed under Section <br />13.16.025 of the Colton Municipal Code shall be as follows: <br />D. COMMERCIAL/INDUSTRIAL - Applicable to all users not <br />covered by paragraphs A -C, above, shall be $0.88ccf (ccf= per 100 cubic <br />feet of water used), the minimum monthly charge shall be equal to that for <br />one residential dwelling unit. <br />SECTION 2: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this <br />Ordinance and cause same or a summary thereof to be published within <br />fifteen (15) days after adoption in a newspaper of general circulation, printed <br />and published in Colton, California and the Ordinance shall take effect on <br />August 1, 1998. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this2l-stday of July 1998. <br />ATTEST: <br />(CAROLINA BARRERA' <br />City Clerk <br />KARL E.
