O- 15 -98 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 0-07-92, <br />AND ORDINANCE NO. 0-2-96, SECTION 13.04 OF THE COLTON <br />MUNICIPAL CODE ESTABLISHING WATER RATES <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON ORDAINS AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. Chapter 13.04 of the Colton Municipal Code is <br />hereby amended to read in its entirety as follows: <br />"COLTON MUNICIPAL CODE CHAPTER 13.04 - EXHIBIT'A' <br />Water Service Charges <br />The Water Rates shall be amended to include those charges for <br />water use as set forth in Exhibit "A'' attached herewith. Exhibit "B" has <br />been included to provide a comprehensive schedule of water rates. <br />SECTION 2: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this <br />Ordinance and cause same or a summary thereof to be published within <br />fifteen (15) days after adoption in a newspaper of general circulation, <br />printed and published in Colton, California and the Ordinance shall take <br />effect thirty days after its date of adoption. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this <br />4th <br />day ofgis11998. <br />ATTEST: <br />�/p�,L�.C�vsc ic— <br />CAROLINA BARRERA <br />City Clerk <br />/Z(?� - X � : L/� � <br />KARL E.
