Surplus proceeds derived from such auction or disposal shall be deposited in the <br />general fund of the City. <br />6.18.130 Infraction <br />an infraction. <br />Any person violating Section 6.18.050, 6.18.060, or 6.18.070 shall be guilty of <br />SECTION 2.
