The location and custodian of documents and any other material <br />which constitute the record of proceedings upon which the City Council based its decision to <br />adopt this negative declaration is as follows: David R. Zamora, City of Colton Community <br />Development Department, 659 N. La Cadena Drive, Colton, CA 92324, (909) 370-5079. <br />SECTION 6. The City Council directs staff to file a Notice of Determination <br />and a Certificate of Fee Exemption (De Minimus Impact Finding) with the County of San <br />Bernardino within five (5) working days of project approval. <br />SECTION 7. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) <br />days after its adoption in accordance with the provisions of California law. <br />SECTION 8: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and <br />cause the same or a summary thereof to be published within fifteen (15) days after adoption in <br />a newspaper of general circulation, printed and published in Colton, California. <br />PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED, this _2&bday of july 1999, <br />I E.
