1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 0-08-00 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COLTON, <br />CALIFORNIA REPEALING ORDINANCE 0-25-93 <br />AND AMENDING CHAPTER 3.28 OF THE COLTON <br />MUNICIPAL CODE BY DELETING SECTION 3.28.139 <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1: Ordinance No. 0-2-93, which was adopted on December 13, 1993, <br />is hereby repealed in its entirety. <br />SECTION 2: Chapter 3.28 of Title 3 of the Colton Municipal Code is hereby <br />amended by deleting Section 3.28.139 in its entirety. <br />SECTION 3: This Ordinance is a revenue measure which shall take effect <br />immediately following its second reading in accord with the provisions of Government <br />Code Section 36937. <br />SECTION 4: The City Clerk shall certify as to the passage of this ordinance and <br />shall cause the same to be published in a newspaper of general circulation, printed and <br />published in the County of San Bernardino and circulated in the City of Colton, such <br />publication to be completed not later than fifteen (15) days after the passage hereof. <br />2111 PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS lsr DAY OF AUGUST, 2000 <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA P.
