This Ordinance affects the following: AN INTERIM URGENCY ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA, PROHIBITING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF RECREATIONAL VEHICLE DEALERSHIPS WITHIN THE CITY OF COLTON FOR A PERIOD OF 45 DAYS, PENDING THE COMPLETION OF A STUDY OF THE AFFECTS OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF ADDITIONAL RECREATIONAL DEALERSHIPS WITHIN THE CITY OF COLTON AND THE ADOPTION OF ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS TO THE CITY'S LAND USE REGULATIONS.
