1 � <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12� <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />2C <br />21 <br />2 <br />24 <br />20P <br />2( <br />2P, <br />21 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 0-04-01 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON APPROVING A CHANGE OF ZONE FROM R-1 <br />(SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) AND C-2 (GENERAL <br />COMMERCIAL) TO I -P (INDUSTRIAL PARK) FOR CERTAIN <br />PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE CITY OF COLTON <br />WHEREAS, Richard Horn filed an application on December 18, 2001, File Index <br />No. DZGCV- I 11-00, requesting a change of zone ftom R- I (Single Family Residential) and C-2 <br />(General Commercial) to I -P (Industrial Park) ("Application") for certain property located along <br />the Easterly terminus of Harbor Drive, along easterly side of Illinois Avenue (Assessor Parcel <br />No. 164-131-36, 44, 46, and 96) C'Subject Site") in the City of Colton, County of San <br />Bernardino; <br />WHEREAS, the Application was reviewed, studied, and found to comply with the <br />California Environmental Quality Act ("CEQA") as more fully described below; <br />VaffiREAS, on February 27, 2001, the Planning Commission of the City of <br />II Colton C'Planning Commission") conducted a duly noticed public hearing on the Application at <br />II which time all persons wishing to testify in connection with the Application were heard and the <br />I Application was fully studied; <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission adopted a Resolution recommending <br />approval of this Zone Change to the City Council; <br />WIHEREAS, on March 20, 2001, the City Council of the City of Colton ("City <br />Council") conducted a duly noticed public hearing on the Application at which time all persons <br />wishing to testify in connection with the Application were heard and the Application was fully <br />examined;and <br />I <br />
