1 ORDINANCE NO. 0-18-01 <br />2 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />3 AMENDING CHAPTER 9.20, TITLE 9 OF THE <br />COLTON MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO PUBLIC <br />4 CONSUMPTION OF OPEN ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE <br />CONTAINERS <br />5 <br />6 <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES ORDAIN AS <br />7 <br />FOLLOWS: <br />8 <br />SECTION 1: Chapter 9.20 of Title 9 of the Colton Municipal Code is hereby <br />9 <br />deleted in its entirety and restated as follows: <br />10 <br />11 <br />"Chapter 9.20 <br />12 <br />Alcoholic Beverages <br />13 <br />Sections: <br />14 <br />9.20.010 Definition. <br />15 <br />9.20.020 Drinking prohibited. <br />16 <br />9.20.030 Possession prohibited. <br />17 <br />9.20.040 Retail off -sale alcoholic beverage licensees. <br />18 <br />9.20.050 Officially sanctioned events. <br />19 <br />9.20.060 Recycling. <br />20 <br />9.20.070 Penalty for violation. <br />21 <br />22 <br />9.20.010 Definition. As used in this chapter, "alcoholic beverage" <br />23 <br />includes alcohol, spirits, liquor, wine, beer and every liquid or solid containing alcohol, spirits, <br />24 <br />liquor, wine, or beer, and which contains one-half of one percent (0.5%) or more of alcohol by <br />25 <br />volume, and which is fit for beverage purposes either alone or when diluted, mixed, or combined <br />26 <br />with other substances. <br />27 <br />28 <br />9.20.020 Drinking Prohibited.It shall be unlawful for any person to drink <br />an alcoholic beverage while upon any street, alley, way, sidewalk, -parkway, playground, or park <br />1 <br />
