1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />31 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />121 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 0-07-03 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF COLTON AMENDING PORTIONS OF THE RECHE CANYON <br />SPECIFIC PLAN AND AMENDING THE RECHE CANYON <br />SPECIFIC PLAN LAND USE MAP SHOWN AS AN ADDENDUM TO <br />TITLE 18 OF THE COLTON MUNICIPAL CODE: FILE INDEX <br />NUMBER DT -95-01 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton filed an application in July of 2002, File Index Number <br />DT -95-01, to amend portions of the Reche Canyon Specific Plan ("Specific Plan") to clarify permitted <br />densities within in the Specific Plan ("Application"); and <br />WHEREAS, the Application was referred to all affected public agencies; and <br />WHEREAS, on December 17, 2002 and April 22, 2003, the Planning Commission of <br />the City of Colton ("Planning Commission") conducted duly noticed public hearings on the <br />Application at which time all persons wishing to testify in connection with the Application were heard <br />and the Application was comprehensively reviewed; and <br />WHEREAS, on May 20, 2003, the City Council of the City of Colton ("City Council") <br />conducted a duly noticed public hearing on the Application at which time all persons wishing to <br />testify in connection with the Application were heard, the Planning Commission's recommendation <br />was considered and the Application was comprehensively reviewed; and <br />19 occurred. <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />WHEREAS, all other legal prerequisites to the adoption of this Ordinance have <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. Based on the entire record before the City Council, all written and oral <br />evidence presented, and the findings made in this Resolution, the City Council hereby approves the <br />amendments to portions of the Reche Canyon Specific Plan attached hereto as Exhibit "A." <br />SECTION 2. The Land Use Plan Map for the Reche Canyon Specific Plan referred <br />to in Section 18.34.060 of the Colton Municipal Code is hereby amended as shown on the attached <br />2711 Exhibit "A- V' <br />SECTION 3. Based on the entire record before the City Council, including all written <br />and oral evidence presented, the City Council finds that the proposed amendments to the Specific <br />
