The fourth full paragraph of page 34 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />"PLANNING AREA NINE <br />Planning Area Nine is that portion of Reche Canyon Road south of the County <br />island, with the exception of Planning Area Eight and Planning Area Nine (A). <br />Excluding the mobile home park and the commercial area, the predominant land <br />use in this area will reflect the current Estate Density character of development. <br />Some Low Density development will be permitted in the side canyons. Primary <br />access to development in this area will be directly from Reche Canyon Road." <br />2. The following paragraph is hereby added between the fourth and fifth full paragraphs on <br />page 34 to read as follows: <br />"PLANNING AREA NINE (A) <br />Planning Area Nine (A) is that portion of Planning Area Nine that is comprised of <br />Proposed Tentative Tract Map No.16289. The predominant land use in this area <br />will reflect the current Estate Density character of development and development <br />of up to 1.5 dwelling units per acre will be permitted on slopes between 20% and <br />30%, and development of up to 1.0 dwelling units per acre will be permitted on <br />slopes above 31 % although no development shall be allowed on slopes that are <br />steeper than a 1:1 ratio." <br />II RIVPUB/MXM/645664 <br />5 <br />
