They are intended to protect the rights of residents to <br />engage in certain home occupations that are harmonious with a residential environment. <br />18.44.020 Application. <br />An application for a home occupation permit shall be made at the community <br />development department. Information shall be provided to ensure that the use complies <br />with the applicable requirements listed in this chapter and Chapter 18.50. Additional <br />information may be requested by the department. The application for a home occupation <br />shall not be valid unless a current business license is also obtained from the city. <br />18.44.030 Criteria. <br />RVPM\ NIXM645194 <br />-2- <br />
