The <br />Council has turner deterfnined that seizing the vehicies of persons who come into the local <br />neighborhoods to illegally dump refuse Mi he deterred frorn creating said nuisances of their <br />vehicles are subject to se zure and forfeiture. The City Coun,c°.l finds there is a need to provide <br />for the abatement of such nuisance vehicles. <br />8014.020 Nuisance Veh!cJeo <br />Any vehicle used to !!legally dump refuse in violation of Section 6. 1 6.030 of the Colton <br />MLnicipal Code is declared a nuisance, and the vehicle shall be subyect to seizure and <br />forfeiture as provided in this Chapter. `Refuse ° shall be def€ned as set forth in Seoticn <br />6.18.010 of the Coolton Municipal Code. Any person or his or her servant, agent, or employee <br />who owns, &eases, possesses, conducts, uses or maintains any vehicle (hereinafter referred to <br />as "the Vehicle°°), used for any of the purposes or acts set forth in this section is guilty of a <br />nuisance. <br />of4o0�0= Right, title and interact n Vehic�eo <br />Al right, title and interest in any Vehicle described in Section 8.14.020 shall vest in thie <br />City upon commission of the act giving rise to the nuisance under this Chapter. <br />ONT/J RT/262464 <br />
