W. Beck and Associates have made a report <br />dated June 22, 1984, wherein it is recommended that the existing <br />fuel cost adjustment be replaced with a Power Cost Adjustment and <br />balancing account, a copy of the pertinent portion of said report <br />is attached hereto; and <br />WHEREAS, said recommendation is in the best interests of <br />the City and its electric utility customers. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON RE- <br />SOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />The Power Cost Adjustment and balancing account as recom- <br />mended by R. W. Beck and Associates in its said report is hereby <br />adopted. <br />Resolution No. 3426, regarding fuel adjustment costs, is <br />hereby repealed. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 21st day of August, 1982 <br />-ALB ERT A.
