1' <br />2' <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />IM <br />16 <br />17 <br />18' <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />and the Trustee, hereinafter referred to as the Lease <br />Agreement; <br />(2) The Trust Agreement, dated as of February 1, 1986, by <br />and between the City and the Trustee, hereinafter <br />referred to as the Trust Agreement; <br />(3) A Purchase Contract by and between the purchaser named <br />therein (the "Purchaser") and the City, hereinafter <br />referred to as the Purchase Contract, wherein the <br />Purchaser has agreed to purchase the Certificates as <br />provided for in said Trust Agreement; and <br />(4) A Preliminary Official Statement which will be utilized <br />by the Purchaser in the sale of the Certificates, <br />hereinafter referred to as the Preliminary Official <br />Statement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Finding as to Ground Lease. This City Council <br />hereby determines that it is in the best interests and for the <br />common benefit of the citizens of the City that the City <br />continue to lease a certain public library site pursuant to the <br />Ground Lease, dated as of February 15, 1982, and that such <br />Ground Lease shall continue to be enforceable in accordance with <br />its terms. <br />Section 2. Approval of Agreements. The Lease Agreement, <br />the Trust Agreement and the Purchase Contract in substantially <br />the form presented to this City Council are hereby approved <br />together with such corrections, modifications, changes, <br />additions or deletions as may be approved and recommended to the <br />-3- <br />
