That the hour of 7:30 p.m. on the 5th day of <br />August, 1986, in the Council Chambers in the City Hall, Colton, <br />California, be and the same is hereby fixed as the time and place <br />when and where all persons interested in or objecting to the <br />proposed abandonment may appear before the City Council. <br />SECTION 3. That John C.
