R-138-86 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON, DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO ORDER THE <br />ABANDONMENT OF A SIXTY FOOT WIDE ROAD EASEMENT, <br />IN PARCEL 7, OF PARCEL MAP #7799 <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Colton <br />as follows: <br />SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Colton <br />does hereby declare its intention to order the abandonment of <br />an sixty foot wide road easement in Parcel 7 of Parcel Map #7799 <br />Recorded in Map Book 84, Pages 5-7, official records of San <br />Bernardino County, more particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 7 as <br />described above; thence N89°2812711E 388.93 feet to <br />the West right-of-way line of Wildrose Avenue; thence <br />Southerly along the West right-of-way of Wildrose <br />Avenue a length of 66.87 feet; thence S89°28127"W <br />a distance of 418.40 feet to the West lien of Lot 7 <br />of said Parcel Map #7799; thence Northerly along the <br />West line of Lot 7 to the point of beginning. <br />For further particulars as to the proposed abandonment, <br />reference is hereby made to the map on file in the Office of the <br />City Clerk of Colton, California. <br />SECTION 2. That the hour of 7:30 P.M. on the 7th day of <br />October, 1986, in the Council Chambers in the City Hall, Colton, <br />California, be and the same is hereby fixed as the time and place <br />when and where all persons interested in or objecting to the <br />proposed abandonment may appear before the City Council. <br />
