R-16-86 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON APPROVING AN EXTENSION OF THE 1983-84 <br />BLOCK GRANT IMPEMENTATION PERIOD, GRANT NO. <br />83 -STSG -077, AND AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF <br />COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT TO SUBMIT THE REQUEST FOR <br />AN EXTENTION TO THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA DEPART- <br />MENT OF HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton <br />approved the Community Development Housing Rehabilitation <br />Activities by adoption of Resolution No. 4446, dated April 3, <br />1984; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to continue to imple- <br />nent said Housing Rehabilitation Activities, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council <br />of the City of Colton authorizes an extension of the Grant <br />implementation period to December 31, 1986. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Council of the <br />City of Colton authorizes the Director of Community Development <br />to submit the request for an extension to the grant implementa- <br />tion period, to the State of California Department of Housing <br />and Community Development. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 18th day of <br />February, 1986. <br />r-ANAN*W. <br />HELIIV A.
