R-162-86 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF COLTON DETERMINING AND AUTHORIZING THE <br />PAYMENT OF ASSESSMENT BY INSTALLMENTS. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, <br />CALIFORNIA: <br />1. Pursuant to the discretionary power vested in this <br />City Council, it is hereby determined that the assessments <br />against the following real properties described on the County <br />of San Bernardino Assessment Rolls as: <br />$6,080. - Parcel No. 160-183-48, Records of <br />San Bernardino County, commonly known as 1597 <br />North Mt.
