R-163-86 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA, APP- <br />ROVING A VARIANCE FOR THE CREATION <br />OF A LOT LESS THAN 7,200 SQUARE. <br />FEET IN AN R-3 ZONE AND FROM OTHER <br />DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS, FILE INDEX <br />NO. V-5-86 <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Colton did con- <br />ider a variance application requested by Jennie Louise Richter <br />o create a lot less than 7,200 square feet in an R-3 zone and from <br />ther development standards for property located at 935 N. LaCadena <br />rive, File Index No. V-5-86; and; <br />WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was held on the proposed variance by <br />he Planning Commission on August 26, 1986; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission acted thereon and such action <br />as been duly appealed to the City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council gave notice and set such matter for <br />earing and heard the same. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Colton does here - <br />y approve Appeal filed by Jennie Louise Richter on File Index No. <br />o.
