l' RESOLUTION NO. R-180-86 <br />i, <br />2!I BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF COLTON AS FOLLOWS: <br />3I, <br />41j 1. RESOLVED, that the City authorizes any one of the <br />5 persons names in Schedule A annexed (".Authorized Persons"), and <br />6 their successors in office, to give instructions orally fin - <br />171; cluding <br />in- <br />71;cluding by telephone) to Bank of America rational Trust and <br />8I Savings Association ("Bank"), to make funds transfers. For <br />9li purnoses of these resolutions, "funds transfer" means a transfer <br />1011 of funds by wire or by other similar means in any amount from any <br />-11 a -count of the City to any other account(s) at. Bank or at any <br />12I other financial institution for credit_ to City or to any other <br />131 person, partnership or corporation, including accounts of a <br />14 person authorized to give a funds transfer instruction. <br />15 2. RESOLVED, that the City also authorizes any one <br />16 of the Authorized Persons: <br />171; (a) To delegate the authority granted to them to give <br />18oralinstructions to ;cake funds transfers to one or more other <br />19 persons (each, a "Designated Caller"). Such delegation shall be <br />20 accomplished by delivering to Bank a letter or other written <br />211 notice signed by an Authorized Person listinq the name and title <br />221 or position of such Designated Caller. <br />23 <br />(b) To revoke the authority granted to any Designated <br />24Caller.
