R-183-86 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON REPEALING RESOLUTION NOS. 4629, 46300 <br />4679, AND 4680, AS TO SCHOOL FACILITIES FEES. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton adopted Ordinance No. <br />1681 and adopted Resolution Nos. 4629, 4630, 4679 and 4680, <br />providing for fees for school facilities; and <br />WHEREAS, October 30, 1986 the Colton Joint Unified <br />School District adopted its Resolution No. 86-1, to levy <br />school fees per Government Code Section 53080; and <br />WHEREAS, October 22, 1986, the Rialto Unified School <br />District adopted its Resolution No. 86-87-3 to levy school <br />fees per Government Code Section 53080; and <br />WHEREAS, said School District resolutions are <br />effective January 1, 1987; and <br />WHEREAS, said School Districts will be entitled to <br />school facility fees by their own said resolutions and said <br />City resolutions and City imposed schools fees will be <br />inappropriate. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Resolution Nos. 4629, 4630 and Resolution Nos. 4679, <br />4680 are repealed effective January 1, 1987, on and after <br />said date there shall be no school facilities fee imposed by <br />the City of Colton. <br />PASSED, ADOPTED and APPROVED this 16th day of <br />December 1986. <br />Attest: <br />ttest: ayo <br />lihLLN A.
