R-27-86 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON, CALIFORNIA, DIRECTING THE CITY ATTORNEY <br />TO BRING ACTION TO ABATE A PUBLIC NUISANCE. <br />The City Council of the City of Colton finds and declares <br />as follows: <br />Fantasy Topless is a saloon located at 1091 South La Caden <br />Drive, a major highway in the City of Colton. Its building is il- <br />luminated so as to be easily seen at night. Signs are painted on <br />the building as follows: "FANTASY TOPLESS GIRLS! GIRLS! GIRLS!". <br />Fantasy Topless sells alcoholic beverages for consumption <br />on its premises to its customers, predominantly young adult men fro <br />outside of the City of Colton, traveling by private motor vehicle. <br />Female entertainers perform therein with their breasts totally un- <br />covered. The bare -breasted female entertainment at Fantasy Topless <br />is a public nuisance. <br />Stephen Edwards is the City Attorney of the City of Colton <br />the City Council is the legislative authority of the City of Colton <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON RE- <br />SOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Stephen Edwards, City Attorney, is directed to bring a civ <br />action in the name of the people of the State of California to abat <br />the public nuisance now existing at Fantasy Topless. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 4th day of March, 1986. <br />LBERT A.
