R-28-86 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF COLTON TO CONSIDER MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING <br />FOR MEMBERS OF THE SAN BERNARDINO PUBLIC EMPLOYEES <br />ASSOCIATION, ELECTRIC UNIT, CITY OF COLTON, <br />EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 1986. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has given full consideration <br />to the results of meetings between representatives of the City of <br />Colton and representatives of the San Bernardino Public Employees <br />Association, Electric Unit, held pursuant to Government Code <br />Section 3500 et seq.; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Memorandum of <br />Understanding, marked Exhibit "A" and attached hereto, is incorp— <br />orated into and made a part hereof and adopted hereby. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the provisions provided here— <br />in for the Fiscal Year 1986 shall be effective as of January 1, <br />1986, unless dated otherwise in Exhibit "A". <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 4th day of March, 1986. <br />LBERT A.
