SALARY INCREASE <br />Effective January 1, 1986, the salary schedule shall be increased by 5% across- <br />the-board. <br />2. ANDERSEN CLASSIFICATION AND SALARY STUDIES <br />a. Effective July 1, 1985, the Andersen Classification and Salary studies <br />shall be implemented on a total compensation basis (as set forth in the attached <br />chart, dated November 25, 1985, under the columns "New Base Sal." and "Upgrade", <br />attached hereto as Appendix 1). <br />(1) Notwithstanding Sec. 2(a) above, the position of Library Assistant <br />III shall not be subject to an upgrade. <br />(2) Notwithstanding Sec. 2(a) above, the following positions shall be <br />implemented on an internal relationship basis (as set forth in the attached <br />chart, dated December 6, 1985, under the column "Rec. Sal. [E -Step]"), attached <br />hereto as Appendix 2: <br />Principal Electrical Engineer (current title Electrical Engineering <br />Manager) <br />Transmission & Distribution Superintendent <br />Substation Superintendent <br />b. Unless modified by the appeal procedure set forth below, the job titles <br />shall be those set forth in Appendix 2 (chart dated December 6, 1985, under <br />column "Classification"). <br />c. Appeals regarding the findings of the Andersen Studies shall be pursuant <br />to the attached Appeal Procedure (Appendix 3). Since it is the "intent of <br />the parties that this Agreement be implemented upon ratification by the parties, <br />appeals regarding the Andersen Studies will occur after implementation of such <br />
