P.-41-86 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF COLTON TO PARTICIPATE IN <br />A PROGRAM FOR PEDESTRIAN FACILITIES <br />UNDER LOCAL TRANSPORTATION FUND <br />WHEREAS grant funds are available to reconstruct sidewalks and <br />construct wheelchair ramps which will benefit pedestrians and handi- <br />capped persons, and; <br />WHEREAS the City contribution will be engineering and surveying <br />services rendered by City staff, and; <br />NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Colton resolves: <br />The City of Colton shall participate in said program, staff services, <br />therefore, are authorized and the City Manager is directed to execute <br />appropriate documents to carry out the work. <br />PASSED APPROVED and ADOPTED this 1st day of April, 1986. <br />ATTEST: <br />HELEN A.
