This City Council <br />finds and determines that facts <br />supporting this finding are contained in <br />the Environmental Impact Report and the <br />Redevelopment Plan, as amended. <br />Mitigation measures have been made a <br />condition of approval of the <br />Redevelopment Plan, as amended, and are <br />intended to mitigate or avoid the <br />significant environmental effects <br />identified in the Environmental Impact <br />Report. <br />SECTION 3. This City Council hereby directss the City <br />Clerk to file a Notice of Determination as required by CEQA <br />pursuant to 14 California Administrative Code Section <br />15083(f). <br />SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the <br />adoption of this Resolution. <br />-2- <br />
