R-79-86 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON TO ACCEPT PROPOSAL AND <br />PAY FEES FOR THE FINANCIAL AUDIT FOR THE <br />FISCAL YEAR 1985-86. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton has used the firm of <br />Thomas, Byrne & Smith, an Accountancy Corporation, Certified <br />Public Accountants for the annual financial audits since <br />1982; and <br />WHEREAS, the firm has submit -ted a proposal for <br />the audit for fiscal year 1985-86. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council foxthe City of <br />Colton does hereby approve the proposal as set forth in <br />att,ched Exhibit "A". <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 3rd day of June, <br />ATTEST: <br />yrG.l,.�ja. iJ <br />HELEN A.
