R-83-86 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF COLTON DECLARING ITS <br />INTENTION TO SET A PUBLIC HEARING <br />FOR PROTESTS RELATED TO THE ANNUAL <br />LEVYING OF ASSESSMENTS FOR THE <br />LIGHTING AND LANDSCAPING MAINTENACE <br />DISTRICT #1 AND ANNEXATION #1 <br />WHEREAS, a Public Hearing is being proposed for July 15, <br />1986 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the City of Colton. <br />WHEREAS, a public notice shall be advertised in the local <br />newspaper for a period not less than twice, and not less than 20 <br />days prior to the hearing date. <br />WHEREAS, a copy of the engineer's report will be made <br />available for public inspection of the proposed levied assessments <br />in the office of the City Clerk 20 days prior to the set hearing <br />date. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Colton that July 15, 1986 is set as the date for hearing <br />any protests as related to the annual assessments for the City of <br />Colton's Lighting and Landscaping Maintenance District 411 and <br />Annexation #1. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 3rd day of June, 1986. <br />ATTEST: <br />HELEN A.
